As a volunteer in ANKAA, you have the opportunity to meet people from different cultures, share your experience and learn from each other.
We are looking for people that are kind, resilient and willing to roll up their sleeves and be part of a team.
Motivation, flexibility and adaptability to a variety of tasks are key. Our working language is English, but fluency in other relevant languages is an advantage (Greek, Arabic, French, Farsi, etc.). Do not forget to bring your energy and willingness to collaborate with a diverse team.
There are different areas that you can support; from Greek teaching, to communication, photography, fundraising, website, or you come with a specific project in mind.
OUR VOLUNTEERING PROCESS
A team member will inform you if we have an open spot on our team and invite you for an online or on-site interview to get to know you better.
After this, if it is a match for us and for you, we can plan all the next steps: your schedule, your arrival, etc. We will also share our ANKAA Info Pack with you, so you can prepare before arriving to Athens.
