Upcycling Experts Since 2020
From boats to bags
Our upcycling expertise roots back to June 2020, when we launched the mimycri by ANKAA collaboration. This collection transformed abandoned dinghy boats, with which migrants cross the Mediterranean, into bags and backpacks, in hopes of sparking more dialogue about migration in Greece and abroad.

ANKAA’s tailoring lab challenged me, sparked my creativity, and kept me inspired. I got to create so many different things and gain experience in every part of the tailoring process. Every day was a new experience, I feel so lucky to be part of this dream team!
